Adresse :  Omar Naifar was born in Sfax (Tunisia) in 1987. He received the computer science Masters degree from Faculty of Sciences of Sfax, Tunisia in 2010, the Master project in Automatic and industrial computing from National school of engineering of Sfax , Tunisia in 2012 and the PHD degree in Electrical engineering from the same Institute (National school of engineering of Sfax) in 2015. He is currently an Assistant professor at the Higher Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology of Kairouan. He is also a member of the Control and Energy Management Laboratory (CEM-Lab) in the Department of Electrical Engineering of National School of Engineers of Sfax-Tunisia. He has attended the organization of many international conferences for instance:  The international conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic control and computer engineering, the International Multi-Conference on Systems, Signals and Devices as a reviewer. He reviewed papers for several international journals such as : Neurocomputing, Adaptive systems and signal processing, Transaction of the institute of measurement and control, etc... His research interests include robust nonlinear control (higher order sliding mode, Backstepping, adaptive control, ..), theorical aspect of nonlinear observer design, control and fault diagnosis and fractional order control systems.
